United StatesVery satisfied with the whole filtration system I bought from efilters 9 years ago. They told me at the time by efilters that the faucet would eventually would need replacement, and I was pleasantly surprised that it lasted nearly a decade. The new model is very slightly different from the old one - there is a little less tension on the faucet knob, making it effortless to turn to flow on/off.
